Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; active clearance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments and data collection to ensure performance and compliance with requirements.
• Analyze field surveillance data and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues during field and facility operations.
• Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with program standards.
• Support the development of engineering solutions to enhance surveillance capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, project managers, and operational staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
