Job summary

PharmaLogic is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Technology & Innovation Program Manager to lead AI, automation, and data analytics initiatives across Q&R operations in the United States.

You will design and deploy AI agents, dashboards, and workflows, partnering with IT and functional teams to ensure governance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics/Engineering/Business/Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in technology, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI-enabled solutions and automations.
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience in regulated environments with Quality and Regulatory processes.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and deliver practical tech solutions.
• Strong data literacy across multiple data sources.
• Excellent project/program management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication to collaborate with IT, SMEs, and leadership.
• Ability to evangelize digital capability and drive adoption across Q&R.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Q&R technology roadmap using AI, automation, and analytics.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools and dashboards for Q&R operations.
• Partner with IT and enterprise stakeholders to ensure governance and security alignment.
• Create data collection/management tools for ESG and regulatory metrics.
• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to adoption.
• Document guidance, training, and knowledge transfer for sustainable use.
• Monitor emerging AI/analytics tech and recommend improvements.
