Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Director of Quality Technology to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology solutions for QARA. The role drives quality systems, data analytics, and AI initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with enterprise technology plans.

You'll partner with Enterprise IT on architecture and security, oversee system validation in a GxP environment, and deliver dashboards that inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in the functional area with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading technology strategy, system implementations, and digital transformation in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP, computerized system validation, data integrity, and quality management systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality technology roadmap and AI strategy for QARA.
• Align quality tech with enterprise IT architecture, security, and shared platforms.
• Lead selection, implementation, validation, and roll-out of quality systems.
• Maintain quality tech landscape and track performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for management review and decisions.
• Define and govern master data standards for products across systems.
