PharmaLogic seeks a Quality & Regulatory Technology & Innovation Program Manager to lead AI, automation, and analytics initiatives for Q&R operations in the United States. You will design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions including AI agents, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve quality oversight and regulatory compliance.
The role partners with leadership and IT, shaping the technology roadmap, governing AI usage, and delivering scalable tech that enhances data visibility,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, data analytics, engineering, pharma sciences or related field.
- 5+ years in technology, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation.
- Experience translating complex workflows into scalable tech solutions.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI agents, automated workflows.
- Advanced Power BI skills: dashboards, data modeling, metrics.
Responsabilités
- Develop and implement Q&R technology roadmap across PharmaLogic functions.
- Build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with IT ensuring governance, security, and data integrity.
- Design data collection tools for ESG, quality, regulatory, and compliance data.
- Lead cross-functional tech initiatives from concept to adoption.
