Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a full-time Quality & Regulatory Intern for a 10-week program (June 7, 2027 - August 17, 2027). The internship requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour and visa sponsorship is not offered. The role provides exposure to food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with graduation date 6 months to 1 year from completion of internship.
• Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biological & Physical Sciences, or related field.
• Years 0+ experience noted in description.
• Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 projects including: implementation of Food Safety and Quality policies and standards.
• Develop and document process improvements.
• Support sanitary design review and capital projects.
• Support for FDA Nutrition Labeling regulations compliance initiatives.
• Lead CIP validation and/or execution.
• Update site Food Safety Plans, Hazard Analyses, and related procedures.
