Roche Diagnostics invites students in BS/MS STEM programs to join a high-potential, two-year program designed for broad exposure to Quality, Regulatory and External Affairs. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments, receive ongoing professional and personal development, and mentorship while being treated as a full Roche employee with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/MS STEM degree program with graduation December 2026 or May 2027.
• 4 years or less of prior work experience (internships/co-ops).
• Willingness to travel and be placed anywhere in the United States and potentially international locations.

Responsibilities

• Accelerated readiness for Roche Diagnostics Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs roles.
• Participate in a 2-year program with three eight-month rotations.
• Benefit from continuous professional and personal development with 1:1 mentorship.
