Job summary

Roche Diagnostics seeks a candidate for its Foundational Learning Experience Program, a two-year, intensive rotation-based opportunity across Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments, gain leadership exposure, and receive ongoing mentorship and development throughout the program.

Geographic mobility is required, with placements across the United States and potential international locations, preparing you for senior roles within Roche

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/MS STEM-related degree program, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• 4 years or less of previous work experience, including internships/co-operative employment.
• Willingness to travel and be placed anywhere throughout the United States and potentially at international locations; geographically mobile.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Previous Quality & Regulatory internship experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Student organization leadership and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
• Strong learning agility

• Complete the intensive 2-year Foundational Learning Experience Program
• Participate in three targeted eight-month rotations
• Build accelerated readiness for Roche Diagnostics Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs and divisional roles
• Receive continuous professional and personal development
• Engage in consistent 1:1 mentorship
• Gain exposure to leadership and real-life business scenarios in Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs
• Travel and accept placement throughout the United States and potentially at international locations
