Job summary

Roche Diagnostics invites students enrolled in BS/MS STEM programs to join the FLEX program, a two-year foundational learning experience with eight-month rotations across Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs. As Roche employees, participants receive comprehensive benefits and mentorship.

Candidates should be in early career, graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027, with GPA 3.0+, and willing to travel across the United States or international placements.

Qualifications

• GPA minimum 3.0; internship/co-op experience preferred.
• BS/MS STEM degree with expected graduation Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Student organization leadership and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
