Job summary

Roche is offering a 2-year FLEX Foundational Learning Experience program designed for STEM students. It features three eight-month rotations, mentorship, and exposure to Quality, Regulatory and External Affairs. Program starts vary by graduation date; relocation benefits available, with comprehensive healthcare and 401K match.

Participants must be enrolled in a BS/MS STEM degree and able to travel across the United States, with a strong academic record and leadership experiences valued by Roche.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/MS STEM-related degree with expected graduation Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• 4 years or less of previous work experience (internships / co-op).
• Willingness to travel and be placed anywhere in the United States.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Previous Quality & Regulatory internship experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Student leadership and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
• Motivated with strong learning agility aligned with Roche culture.
