Responsibilities

• Initiate investigations to determine root cause using RCA techniques.
• Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure preventative actions prevent recurrence.
• Assist in preliminary negotiations by providing in-depth analysis of investigations.
• Infer likely scenarios based on limited information to guide actions.
• Collaborate to uncover root causes and plan actions to avoid recurrence.
• Produce reports for Quality Specialists and/or Quality Manager.
• Manage all regulatory requests (REACH, RoHs, Prop65, Conflict Minerals, IMDS, PPAP).
• Maintain vendor regulatory contact lists and related records.
• Create documentation with backups to ensure compliance.
• Partner with tech team for data requests and tools.
• Provide statements for unique absence of substance requests.
• Log all regulatory requests for easy reference.
• Collaborate to update ISO/QMS documentation and Customer Surveys.
