Job summary

Capital Health System, Inc. in the region seeks a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Specialist – PACE to support compliance and quality improvement across the program.

You will collect data, assist with audits, prepare CMS universe reports, and liaise with EMR vendors to support system updates and reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least one year in healthcare quality, compliance, or regulatory support; proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMS/state DOH

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or regulatory support.
• Familiarity with CMS, state, and DOH requirements for PACE or similar programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support logs, dashboards, and tracking tools for compliance and quality metrics.
• Assist with CMS universe reports and documentation for external audits.
• Coordinate data collection for quality improvement initiatives and performance measures.
• Track corrective actions from audit findings and internal reviews.
• Assist in organizing documentation for environmental and safety audits, infection control, and transport compliance.
