The Georgia Department of Public Health seeks a Business Readiness & Quality Assurance Analyst to assure quality across vital records programs. You will perform cross-functional testing, validate changes, and maintain readiness for implementation with data privacy in mind.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, documenting defects, and coordinating with operations, informatics, and IT teams to ensure compliant, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus practical QA/UAT experience in health, government, or regulated environments.
• Experience developing and executing UAT plans, test scripts, and release-readiness assessments for enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI to validate data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional quality assurance, UAT, and release validation for vital records programs.
• Develop readiness artifacts, document defects, and track remediation.
• Collaborate with business operations, Informatics, IT, vendors, and end users to ensure readiness and compliance.
