Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction seeks a Quality Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of the companywide QA/QC process, reporting to the Director of Quality. You will drive quality excellence across projects, guiding teams and improving processes throughout Texas.

The role emphasizes leadership, innovative thinking, and collaboration with design and construction teams, with 70% office work and 30% field site visits. Travel is 2–3 trips monthly to Austin, San Antonio, or Houston.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site construction experience.
• Innovative mindset and technical proficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month (Texas).
• Degree: Four-year Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead companywide QA/QC plans and policies.
• Partner with VDC to champion CPP processes.
• Mentor Quality Managers and field Superintendents.
• Train teams on QA/QC initiatives and best practices.
• Monitor warranty work to drive improvements.
