Confidential is seeking a New Model Quality Project Leader I to develop and implement quality strategies for SCM-produced new models. You will lead quality activities, coordinate SAPs, guide design-change processes with R&D, and drive cross-functional problem solving to meet project goals.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of project leadership, 5+ years experience preferred, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Travel 12–24 times per year is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience may be substituted.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality activities to develop goals and targets and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction for SAPs to achieve project goals and ensure consistency with SAP activity.
• Ensure maturation of product specifications and coordinate design changes with R&D.
• Lead quality project problem solving and countermeasures balancing QCD.
• Confirm quality readiness for new model launches and coordinate readiness checks.
