Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in management of personnel or programs.
• Five years of grant/contract reporting management work and leadership experience.
• Desirable: experience in healthcare administration or grant/contract management.

Responsibilities

• Monitors staff performance and ensures goals are met within timelines and budget.
• Oversees assessment, planning, development and implementation of projects and contractual obligations.
• Collaborates with other managers to meet corporate requirements and deliverables.
• Leads problem-solving to keep projects on track and reports to the Director or SVP Outreach Services.
• Develops external relationships and promotes partnerships with local, state, and national entities.
