Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Quality Control Program Coordinator to lead customer-facing quality initiatives and drive critical projects in development and manufacturing of therapies.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, working with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables, compliance, and customer expectations. You will act as the primary QC representative for assigned programs, lead meetings, track deliverables, and communicate status to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated environment.
• Project management experience coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with customers.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions using available data.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QC representative for assigned customer programs and quality-related initiatives.
• Lead project meetings, track deliverables, and drive action items to successful completion.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality commitments are met.
• Coordinate quality activities involving investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to customers and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, MSAT, and Program Management to support project objectives.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
