Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Associate Director, Quality Program Coordination to lead the provider quality and peer review program across the health system.

You will develop and implement OPPE/FPPE processes, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans and dashboards for physician leaders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related specialty is required.
• 7 years of relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct provider quality and peer review infrastructure to ensure standardized, timely, fair, confidential reviews.
• Provide operational leadership for OPPE, FPPE, Peer Review, Mortality Review, PSI review and related performance monitoring.
• Develop provider quality metrics, scorecards, and dashboards and support leadership in identifying concerns and action plans.
• Act as trusted advisor to physician executives and governance bodies on provider quality trends and accountability.
• Lead engagement to deliver provider quality information to Medical Staff leadership and governance bodies.
