Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Service Line Quality Outcomes Lead who will develop and execute service line–specific strategies for clinical quality improvement, monitoring, and regulatory adherence. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive gap closure, and promote process improvement using data analysis and change management.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Clinical Field with valid licensure.
• 2 years of relevant experience required; 4-6 years preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in high-quality health care.
• Project management experience with quality tools (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, PDSA).
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize clinical quality gaps and target goals based on data.
• Facilitate data collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
• Leverage evidence-based practices to inform action plans.
• Coordinate iterative improvements and implementation efforts.
• Monitor change management effectiveness and revise strategies as needed.
