Neko Health is building a scalable US clinic network and seeks a Clinic Manager to lead clinical teams, manage complex operations, and own member experience. You will collaborate with Physicians, Operators, and leadership to keep clinics running smoothly and improve care delivery daily.

The role emphasizes mentorship, staffing strategy, and end-to-end practice optimization across workflows, protocols, and tech issues, ensuring a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in a high-growth healthcare startup environment preferred.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Role Purpose:

Running a Neko clinic takes someone who can lead a clinical team, manage a complex operation, and own the member experience at the same time. The Clinic Manager is the person who does all three.

You're who Physicians turn to for clinical partnership. You're who Operators learn from. You're who leadership trusts to keep the clinic running well, day in and day out. When something's drifting, you see it before anyone else does - and you act on it.

This is a building role as much as a management one - Neko's US clinics are scaling fast, and the Clinic Lead is central to how we grow.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months:

• Manage and develop Physicians and the Lead Operator - through 1:1s, clinical observations, performance reviews, and the kind of day-to-day feedback that actually shifts how people work.
• Lead clinical hiring in partnership with Talent Acquisition, and own onboarding so new team members reach strong performance quickly.
• Translate clinical and operational changes from leadership into how the clinic actually runs - workflows, protocols, day-to-day practice.
• Oversee the operational side of the clinic - inventory, facilities, hospitality, scheduling, training, and tech issues - and partner with the Lead Operator and Workforce Scheduler to keep staffing covered and clinic flow smooth, even on hard days.
• Track and act on clinic metrics - rebooking, CSAT, NPS, utilization, throughput - and partner with medical leadership to keep raising the quality of care across the clinic.
• Own incident reporting, risk management, and member-concern resolution in partnership with Customer Care, and keep the clinic compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOPs.

• Steady Hands on a Complex Operation -- Staffing, inventory, scheduling, metrics - a clinic has a lot moving at once and you keep it all flowing. You read the data, fix what's drifting, and don't let the same thing break twice. You've built or scaled something before - you know the difference between maintaining a system and creating one.
• Clinical Credibility -- Physicians respect you because you've earned it - not because of the title. You can read a clinical situation, ask the right questions, and partner with medical leadership as a peer. You understand the clinical work, not just the operations around it.
• Owner of the Member Experience -- Every metric ladders up to one question: are members getting the experience they came for? You watch CSAT, NPS, and rebooking not as KPIs but as proxies for that. When something falls short, you don't wait for someone else to flag it.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting, including direct management of physicians or licensed clinicians
• Experience in a high-growth, startup, or early-stage healthcare environment preferred
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
