Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient visits and claim completion.

• Assist and ensure completion of client requests.
• Generate and review reports.
• Contact patients unable to reach.
• Visit and claim verification.
• Conduct patient outreach.
• Cross train in Vision Screening and Patient Experience.

The Quality Coordinator will be a vital component in successfully meeting our 5 Star measure. The candidate will need to have a high level of analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient visits and claim completion
• Request medical records
• Update 5 Star patient gap list
• Immediately inform supervisor of gap list discrepancies
• Re-direct patients in network
• Assist & ensure completion of client requests

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Associates degree preferred
• Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and comfortable with Excel formulas and tools
