Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient visits and claim completion.
• Request medical records.
• Update 5 Star patient gap list.
• Inform supervisor of gap list discrepancies.
• Redirect patients in network.
• Assist and ensure completion of client requests.
• Generate and review reports.
• Contact patients unable to reach.
• Visit and claim verification.
• Conduct patient outreach.
• Cross train in Vision Screening and Patient Experience.
