Job summary

Crown Holdings in Dayton, OH seeks a Quality/Production Technician to keep production lines running, run quality tests, and troubleshoot downtime. Starting pay is $25.41/hour with 12-hour rotating shifts and 401(k) match up to 6%, plus paid holidays and free health insurance for employees.

Responsibilities include operating testing machinery, inspecting ends, and ensuring conformance to customer specs. Candidates should have 3–5 years industrial experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years practical hands-on experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers and indicators.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Tend automated or manual testing/production machines and equipment.
• Maintain and observe operation of machines, gauges and equipment.
• Inspect ends according to customer specifications and interpret quality test results.
• Willing to troubleshoot issues with Production to hit daily targets.
