Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Ability to read SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Tend automated or manual testing/production machines used for beverage can lid production.
• Operate and monitor machines, gauges, and equipment for quality control.
• Inspect ends per customer specifications and report deviations.
• Interpret quality test results and escalate if not met.
