Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring 2 Project Supervisors to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities.

This 2nd/3rd shift role includes local travel to sites, training, coaching, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing work instructions, communicating with customers, and maintaining strong working relationships while supporting project setup and execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ability to train and coach team members and develop work instructions.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer facilities.
