Job Description: TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC facility for a Quality PSE (Product Support Engineer) that will act as the voice of the customer (VOC) and lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in the Outdoor Products division. Scope: A cross-functional leader focusing on continuous improvement of the products in the Outdoor Products division by comprehensively analyzing customer experience data sources, identifying product improvement opportunities, and ensuring their implementation within current and new products.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift as much as 30 pounds at times.
