Reporting to the Quality Product Improvement Engineer Manager, the Quality Product Improvement Engineer Coordinator supports regional quality improvement initiatives department through data-driven analysis, clinical system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with physician leaders, quality improvement engineers, data architects, analysts, and operational teams to support population health and care management programs, while gaining hands‑on experience with healthcare data, Epic HealthConnect workflows, reporting tools, and improvement science. We are seeking a curious, open-minded, and highly creative individual who actively learns from diverse sources, welcomes new experiences, and looks beyond the familiar. The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $70,551.25 to $88,189 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
