Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Quality Process & Product Development Coordinator to support the QA Director by planning, organizing, and executing cross‑departmental initiatives focused on process development and product improvement.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, documentation, and coordination of budgets and resources to drive improvements in both

Qualifications

5-10 years of product/project coordination, administrative, or operations experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate special projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate meetings, track progress, and prepare detailed status reports.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Identify risks, propose solutions, and support corrective actions.
Ensure alignment with quality standards and ISO requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project success.
