Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to support a fast-paced product development environment. You will contribute to product development, process optimization, and regulatory quality activities across diverse programs.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive robust quality systems and lifecycle documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex products, subassemblies, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated quality engineering experience and problem solving in manufacturing settings.
• Experience supporting process qualification, FMEAs, and nonconformance investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support IDE builds, repair activities, and clinical build initiatives.
• Contribute to De Novo program support and regulatory quality efforts.
• Participate in design transfer activities with execution and documentation.
• Manage nonconformance investigations and closure actions.
• Lead Process FMEA development and updates.
• Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing and quality documentation.
• Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process qualification activities, including protocol development and reports.
• Participate in design reviews and residual risk assessments.
