Altium Packaging in Franklin, MA seeks a Quality Leader to oversee quality, process and business improvement efforts. You will interact with customers and suppliers on quality and performance issues, mentor technicians, and drive GMP compliance and continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires 3-5 years in quality, hands-on leadership, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure reliable testing and product quality from initial shipments onward.

• Audit facility for GMP compliance and uphold corporate quality requirements.
• Lead problem-solving and process improvement with plant and customer to resolve issues.
• Train, mentor and develop technicians in quality tools and methods.
