Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA, seeks a Quality Leader to drive quality, process and business-improvement efforts. You will interact with customers and suppliers on quality and performance issues and may lead a team to ensure policy implementation.

The role requires 3–5 years of quality experience, GMP familiarity, and the ability to coordinate testing, SPC/DOE tools, and corrective actions across the plant and with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Audit facility for GMP compliance and ensure testing standards.
• Lead quality improvement projects with plant and customers.
• Mentor technicians in quality tools (SPC, DOE, control plans).
• Visit customer sites to understand processes and solve issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (AIB, IMS).
