You will mentor technicians, lead problem-solving efforts, and deploy quality tools such as SPC, DOE and control plans to prevent defects.

The role interacts with customers and suppliers, supports new product launches, and helps maintain safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality experience required.
• Experience auditing GMP compliance.
• Ability to mentor technicians in quality tools.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety culture and safe work environment.
• Set goals for team members and assist with their accomplishment.
• Audit facility for GMP compliance and align with quality standards.
• Ensure testing procedures provide reliable results and prevent defects.
• Lead problem-solving with plant and customers to resolve issues.
• Train and develop technicians in quality tools (SPC, DOE, Control Plans).
• Maintain calibrated testing equipment and accurate test results.
• Support new product launches with clear specifications and process capability.
• Visit customer sites to understand processes and assist with quality issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and apply statistics when appropriate.
