Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo is seeking a QESH Supervisor to lead quality, environment, safety and health initiatives within the SodaStream plant operations. You will design, implement, and promote safety, quality and product safety programs, drive audits, and support compliance with FDA, OSHA, and third-party standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing, pharma or related manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience managing employees.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Controls and Process Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean).
• Detail oriented, goal oriented, able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across the organization; works well with ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Quality Assurance for filling factory, third party service providers, and suppliers.
• Act as QA voice across the organization in a customer-centric manner.
• Implement and maintain quality systems for FDA, DOT, and audits.
• Train personnel in quality systems to maximize product quality.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Resolve customer-related issues with Global team support.
• Lead quality system implementations to achieve ISO 22000 with Global QA support.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
