Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or similar environment.
• At least 2 years in quality systems or process improvement.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and testing.
• Apply troubleshooting to improve existing processes and resolve quality concerns.
• Lead root cause analysis and address deviations from standards.
• Monitor process capability and drive permanent improvements.
• Mentor operators to improve adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Support documentation, standardization, and operator training.
• Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions.
• Foster accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement culture.
