Job summary

Stäubli in Windsor, CO is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. You will lead root cause analysis, develop control plans, PPAP submissions, and drive corrective actions across production and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing quality, and working knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, and 8D methodologies. On-site role with occasional travel offers growth in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
3+ years of related experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
Experience with AS9100 QMS and AS9102 FAI requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and customer complaints.
Create 8D reports with evidence and implement preventive actions.
Design and document control plans, inspection plans, and PPAP submissions.
Support transfer to production of new products with data analysis.
Develop and maintain quality records and documentation.
Conduct internal and external audits.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier audits.
Provide GD&T and metrology guidance to engineering and operations.
Travel as needed.
