Seda North America, recently certified as a Great Place to Work, is a subsidiary of Seda International Packaging Group, a state of the art, air conditioned, food safety clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, using paper as an environmentally sound choice in building unique bonds between brands and consumers products which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.
The Quality Engineer works with cross functional teams to manage supplier quality issues, raw material specifications, Customer Complaint resolution, compliance initiatives and trending of available process data for identification of improvement opportunities. Main focus of this role is the remediation of customer complaint trends. This role also plays a significant role in championing supplier related quality activities and related issues that create opportunities for improvements throughout the facility.
