Qualifications

  • ISO 9001 and IRIS knowledge required.
  • Experience with 8D, FMEA, and PDCA methods.
  • Proficiency with statistical process control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with SAP and data analytics for quality.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

What You Bring
  • Proficiency in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IRIS.
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools like 8D, FMEA, and PDCA.
  • Ability to interpret and apply statistical process control (SPC) methods.
  • Strong collaboration skills using digital platforms for cross-site quality coordination.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience working with SAP or GSI preferred
  • Great presentation and communications skills required
