BMW Group in the United States is seeking a Quality & Process Compliance Manager to lead safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within our RDC operations at Stockton. You will champion process improvements, manage training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard assets and people.
You will oversee budget and KPI targets for Warehouse Supervisors and collaborate on packaging development while representing RDC in BMW quality committees.

Relocation is available for this position. This role requires full time attendance onsite.
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
