Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned Quality Improvement professional to lead performance improvement initiatives in a hospital setting. The role collaborates with leadership to monitor metrics, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Hybrid, full-time, days, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Bachelor's degree required; RN or clinical licensure preferred; 4–6 years healthcare experience; 2–4 years leadership preferred. No visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Certification in health care quality, patient safety or related accreditation entity preferred, required within 2 years of employment.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates performance improvement efforts and coaches others in performance improvement capabilities.
• Maintains competence in licensure, certification, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates Performance Improvement Committee meetings, analyzes trends, develops and tracks action plans and measures success.
• Provides consultation to teammates and leadership in quality, compliance, accreditation and safety.
• Develops strategies for improvement using leading practice research and sharing results across the System.
• Utilizes data analysis and statistical process control to drive quality and clinical outcomes.
• Trains staff to implement monitoring and measurement tools and data analysis techniques.
