Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring for a manufacturing technician to perform PCB inspection, soldering, and post-assembly tasks on a on-site basis in Minnesota. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reading manufacturing docs, verifying SMT/through-hole circuits, and supporting continuous improvement while meeting tight deadlines and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2–3 years in Quality recommended.
• Knowledge of soldering tools and IPC/J standards.
• Ability to read manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-assembly, serialization and component insertion tasks.
• Verify thru-hole and SMT circuitry and perform solder operations.
• Identify parts and polarity on PCBs and ensure quality.
• Follow manufacturing docs and maintain clean work area.
• Meet deadlines and customer requirements, both internal and external.
• Support continuous improvement and adhere to QMS.
