Qualifications

• RN license or allied health degree preferred.
• 3-5 years healthcare experience; 1 year in patient safety/quality improvement/risk management for RN track.
• 3-5 years healthcare experience; minimum 3 years in quality and patient safety for non-RN track.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, agendas, minutes, reports for status updates.
• Support development, implementation and evaluation of safety programs.
• Apply patient safety science and improvement methodologies/tools.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and drive safety improvements.
• Design and implement data collection and analysis tools; ensure data integrity.
• Mentor Quality & Patient Safety Associates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support Joint Commission readiness and prepare related reports.
