Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in acute care setting (3+ years).
• 1+ year in healthcare quality management or performance improvement.
• Active RN or Pharmacist license at time of hire.
• Certification within 24 months: CPHQ, HCQM or CPQPS.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary performance improvement teams and QA reviews.
• Perform root cause analyses to minimize risks and improve outcomes.
• Identify essential data elements and manage data collection/abstraction.
• Present actionable reports to leadership and staff.
• Serve as internal consultant on accreditation requirements and mock tracers.
