Job summary

Contentnea Health seeks a senior leader to oversee organizational quality initiatives, ensuring safe, patient-centered, and equitable care. You will design, implement, and evaluate quality programs, lead data-driven improvement efforts, and support regulatory reporting and compliance with HRSA standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating QI activities with clinical teams, improving EHR-related processes, and guiding staff education to sustain high-quality care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license in NC in good standing.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement theory and methodology.
• Familiarity with FTCA, NCQA/PCMH standards, HRSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Quality Improvement program and department activities.
• Leads development, implementation, and evaluation of QI initiatives across the organization.
• Guides QI processes with clinical teams to promote patient-centered care and outcomes.
• Manages data sharing and reporting for regulatory and payor requirements.
• Supports documentation, training, and compliance with HRSA, FTCA, and NCQA standards.
• Coordinates PCMH reporting and maintains readiness for audits and accreditation.
