Job summary

The role supports all quality improvement initiatives, coordinates accreditation readiness, and leads teams in data-driven performance improvement, staffing, education, and policy development to align with the system's mission and pillars.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in the healthcare environment, preferably in quality management or performance improvement.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience required.
• Florida RN license required; CPHQ/CPPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves quality indicators, staffing activities, and education initiatives.
• Supports accreditation readiness and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Develops and implements quality management goals, plans, and standards across the department.
• Leads meetings and education to enable areas to use quality data for ongoing improvement.
• Assesses and reports quality outcomes and manages department operations to achieve performance objectives.
