Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field or CA RN Nursing license.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare.
• 3 years of clinical experience - acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, safety and risk management across the hospital.
• Manage FPPE, OPPE and medical staff peer review activities.
• Lead cross-functional Performance Improvement teams to achieve patient safety and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (TJC Core Measures, Leapfrog, eCQMs, CMS initiatives).
• Provide ongoing staff education on quality protocols.
• Collaborate with department leadership on incident reporting and RCAs.
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
