Formación

• Pharmacist license in Florida required.
• Active board certification in applicable field.
• Five years of pharmacist experience in specialty area.
• Three years supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Director of Pharmacy to manage clinical operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with pharmacy management to recruit, hire, promote, and manage pharmacy personnel.
• Assess staff education and clinical competency to support organizational plan.
• Lead and/or oversee training of pharmacy personnel, residents, and students.
• Facilitate or provide education to multidisciplinary staff and support program implementations.
• Oversee clinical pharmacy operations and establish clinical/regulatory standards, promote evidence-based practice.
• Lead performance assessments for competency, staff satisfaction, and compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary committees to align with goals.
• Allocate resources to research, publication, and education for the clinical team.
• Plan, develop, and implement clinical pharmacy programs like formulary reviews and MUEs.
• Develop policies/procedures to meet current practice standards and regulations.
• Represent the department to promote customer satisfaction and interdepartmental relationships.
