Qualifications

Job Summary / Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Outreach Coordinator to support healthcare quality initiatives focused on closing care gaps for high-risk Medicare members. This role involves contacting members and providers, encouraging preventive care compliance, supporting seasonal outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate healthcare records. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication and data entry skills.
