Job summary

The Outcomes Coordinator RN at Lexington Health will guide efforts to assess and improve performance and coordinate use of measurement data to monitor and improve quality of care and services at Lexington Medical Center. You will work with EPIC system functionality, project planning, and ensure data integrity to meet regulatory standards.

As the expert on DNV, SC DHEC and other regulatory requirements, you will contribute to compliance across departments, participate in CQI initiatives, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• ADN to MSN may be considered if BSN curriculum completed and MSN within 1 year.
• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse by SC State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection and analysis for performance improvement activities.
• Integrate performance improvement measurement activities to ensure a comprehensive strategy.
• Coordinate readiness activities for DNV and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and revise care guidelines and teaching plans for identified patient populations.
• Provide educational offerings contributing to professional development (PDCA, PI, DNV).
• Assist in designing clinical studies using research methods; involved in ACS-related research.
