Job summary

You will assess and improve care quality, coordinate measurement activities, and ensure regulatory compliance with DNV and SC DHEC requirements. The role requires a BSN, 5 years RN experience including utilization review or quality roles, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN to MSN may be considered per policy.
• RN licensed in SC.
• 5 years RN experience incl. utilization review or quality improvement.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection and analysis for performance improvement.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting.
• Lead CQI teams and apply CQI tools.
• Collaborate with administration and IT on Clinical Information Systems.
• Provide continuing education for staff (≥25 hours/yr).
