• Minimum 5 years as a registered nurse with at least 2 years in utilization review, quality assurance, or case management
• SC RN license currently active
• No specific training required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate data collection and analysis for performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate improvement measurement activities to ensure a comprehensive patient population strategy.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to leadership and teams.
• Ensure readiness for DNV and SC DHEC regulatory requirements.
