Job summary

Bel is seeking a Quality Operations Compliance Coordinator in Nampa, Idaho, to support the Quality Department. This role involves overseeing hygiene, GMP, and monitoring programs, conducting audits for compliance, and collaborating with the Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within food manufacturing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on the plant floor with employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in a food/beverage/pharma manufacturing environment.
• GMP and Hygiene certification required.
• Completion or ability to complete Internal Audit training.

Responsibilities

• Focus on good housekeeping practices and hygiene.
• Lead GMP Audits for compliance.
• Deliver training on hygiene/GMPs and QC checks.
